Research And Implementation Of Urban Second-hand Housing Transaction Data Visualization System

With the development of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standard,the urban housing problem has become the focus of people's attention.On the one hand,the development of the real estate market is booming,and the urban second-hand housing needs large amount of demand and market transactions are hot.On the other hand,buying houses is a decisive decision in family life,but due to the lack of public access to housing information channels,it is difficult to fully understand the second-hand housing market massive trading information,which results in decision-making difficulties.To solve above problems,we research an urban second-hand housing transactions visualization analysis system,mining information of the real-time status and historical evolution,which helps users understand the city housing situation and make decisions.At the same time,the mass,high dimension and evolution characteristics of the data brings difficulties and challenges for data collection,processing and visual analysis.Based on the collected data from LianJia web,this paper designs and implements an urban second-hand housing transaction data visualization system,which shows value information of second-hand housing transaction data from historical and real-time two dimensions.In this paper,we use the GBDT model to predict the hot parts that will be sold in a short time,and use the cosine similarity to build their incidence relation.In addition,we design an efficient and friendly visual interface,which uses screening frame,2D heat map,relation diagram map,spiral histogram map,polyline diagram map and text map to help users to explore and obtain more valuable information.Our system realizes a multi view collaborative display,and provides a variety of interactive ways.Through specific scene analysis,it is proved that the system has received good recognition from users.Through this system,users can clearly understand the space distribution of all on sale housing,quickly know the popular listings,find similar listings,and understand the historical evolution trend of second-hand housing transactions,which can be helpful to make the following market decision.
