As the rapid development of our civil aviation transport industry,the increasing flight volume makes it increasingly difficult for civil aviation departments to implement flight plans in time and airspace,the number of flight delays which caused by the weather also increased,the changes of flight plan becomes more and more frequently.Therefore,meteorological factors as the important cause of civil aviation transport has become the key issue of research.In order to realize real-time monitoring of weather data and ensure the stable operation of civil aviation business and play the practical value of meteorological exploration,it is very important to study meteorological radar data and route superposition display system.Based on the analysis of the business requirements of the system,this paper uses Qt graphics application framework as the development tool to implement a radar meteorological data and route overlay display software system which is based on client / server architecture.By listening to a specific folder,the server side of the system can determine whether exists radar weather files which transport from the Bureau of Meteorology,analyze and process the received weather documents,and save the generated body scan compressed files to a specific folder,and then the server side sends the address information of the body scan file to the client that connects to the server.The client can download the body scan file from the server side by way of FTP or HTTP.Before the client displays the radar data,the client loads the data such as map data,route data and city informations at first.Then,the client resolves the radar documents and generates the radar puzzle and displays it in the display area.In the process of system design and implementation,the system is divided into the following modules: server configuration module,file processing module,image display module,operation function module and client configuration module.The server configuration module mainly implement the relevant configuration of the server functions,including monitored folder setting,network configuration and option configuration.The client configuration module mainly implement the relevant configuration of the client-related configuration features,including server-side setting and database setting.The operation function module provides PPI display of a single body scan file,animation display,vertical weather section display and measurement functions to meet the need of users.The fileprocessing module is a module that processes the received meteorological files,including folder monitoring,file parsing,data smoothing and data compression.The image display module displays the received weather document on the client,including the loading of the map,display of the route and the city,the coordinate transformation of the radar data,the overlapping area processing,and the color table mapping.In the paper,through the use of class diagrams and flow charts,the functions of each module were designed and implemented in detail,attached the corresponding text to explain the diagrams behind.At the same time,the structure and database of the system are illustrated by using the table data.At the end of the paper,the related functional tests and nonfunctioning tests of the system are carried out.The system can realize all the functions of the system in the demand analysis phase through the relevant test cases.Since the meteorological radar data and route overlay display software system designed in this paper has been put into use,it has greatly satisfied the business needs of the Air Traffic Management Bureau,improved the efficiency of the staff,reduced the labor intensity of the personnel and ensured the safety and operational efficiency of the civil aviation transportation.
