Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Departments In Vocational Colleges

Vocational colleges confront the information processing work such as profession settings,formulation of talent cultivation schemes,teaching task arrangement and teacher management etc.directly,which is the significant part of vocational college teaching management department.According to the development of vocational education,the following increase of relevant information such as entrants,demanded teachers and teaching workload demanded to be arranged is gradually becoming tremendous.Thus,the related processing work is becoming more and more miscellaneous,which has far surpassed the scope of the traditional manual operation.What's more,manual operation inevitably emerges problems such as data errors,document loss and difficult to searching for data by the relevant departments.However,with the more and more profound involvement of information technology into the department information management,the department information platform based on computer information management technology remedies some of the above-mentioned defect,but some of the problems are still missed to be solved.Aiming at the current problems existing in department management field,combined with the actual situations encountered in workplace,referred to the business process in actual situations as well as analyzing,accepting and rejecting the main-stream technologies,this paper adopts the Web App technology which is the new type of software architecture technology based on browser and server model,designs and realizes a type of department information management platform based on Flask and Wed application micro frame.As for the storage of relevant data,we select the lightweight database sqlite3.This system consists of three subsystems which are the subsystem of system management,the subsystem of system information management as well as the subsystem of teacher information.The subsystems cooperate with each other,at first,user can obtain the teaching resources information through the teacher information subsystem,and then the the background database and the server will real-time process user's request through department of information management subsystem,to achieve the parameters of the additions and deletions,and return the processing results as needed.Simultaneously,the division of the subsystems can be used by different user groups?The partition of the subsystem facilitates the involvement of the function module and data security and avoid the misoperation of users without permissions such as viewing or modifying data.This paper firstly introduces the development background of department management system,expounds the development platform and adopted technologies,analyzes the users,business process and demands of department work in details,and then elaborates the realized functions of each modules and designing schemes of department management information system,completes design and concrete realization of department management information system of vocational colleges.Eventually,relevant test case is designed to verify the function and performance of the system.The guiding ideology though to develop this software system is to improve the efficiency of the school's department information management and facilitate the teaching participants to search for the relevant resource information.The test results demonstrate that the development of this system is able to realize the business demand of department information management;the capacity such as response time and system load etc.is able to satisfy the original designing objective..
