Research On Performance Evaluation Of Information Construction In Smart Community

With the promotion of new urbanization construction in China,the construction of intelligent community information has become the basic unit to realize the function of smart city.Community environment is more and more complex,community resources more and more multi-source,community residents demand more and more personalized,in order to meet the personalized needs of community residents,improve the life quality of community residents,the wisdom of the community informatization construction has become an important part of more and more.In order to know the current situation of intelligent community information construction,determine the wisdom of the community information construction of key,the performance evaluation of intelligent community information construction,according to the information construction of connotation,construct a set of theory and method of Community Informationization Evaluation of wisdom.First of all,the domestic and foreign intelligence community information construction related literature research classification sort out,introduced the wisdom community information construction performance evaluation research significance and background.This paper expounds the basic connotation of the informatization construction in the intelligent community.Secondly,analyzes the principle and design idea of the construction of performance evaluation index system of intelligent community information construction,on the basis of constructing the performance evaluation index system of intelligent community information construction,according to the model selection basis,introduces the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Again,select the Yuhua District of Hunan province Changsha as research sample,carry out an empirical study on the performance evaluation of the wisdom of community informatization construction,introduces the research background and sample selection basis,through the questionnaire survey method,data collection and analysis,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of performance evaluation and analysis of informatization construction based on the wisdom of the community.Finally,according to the empirical results from the optimization of the construction of information resources planning,improve the construction of information infrastructure layout,expand informationization construction mode,encourage the application of information technology innovation,improve the quality of information,strengthen the government policy system of six aspects of intelligent community information construction optimization strategy.
