Research On Planning And Controlling Of A College Campus Network Transformation Project

Research on planning and controlling of campus network transformation project is to be able to more effectively solve various problems that exist in the transformation of the campus network. The transformation of the campus network tend to pay more attention to pre-incident plan, but it's easy to ignore the in-process control.and make the project construction time longer, cost increased. In order to solve this problem effectively, this paper is taking A college campus network transformation project as the specific research subject, researching on planning and controlling for the project establishing conform to the actual needs to planning and controlling system,providing scientific theory basis and safeguard measures for the overall completion of the project.Firstly, this paper introduces the content of A college campus network transformation project, the design idea and design requirement, and the overall structure and organization of the project. Secondly,stating the basis and principles of the project planning,breaking down the project structure by the theory of WBS, allocating the job responsibility, estimating the work time, determining the working relations, drawing network diagram, getting the critical path and the critical work of the project, using the method of time-cost balance to optimize of the project planning. Then, analyzing the actual progress and planned progress of the project,using gantt chart comparison method to analyze the project planning, using the S-curve comparison method to comparative analyze the project schedule. Finally, ensure that the project of A campus network transformation completed successfully by strengthening the coordination and organization management in the process of project schedule execution, and guarantee the quality of project, participate in personnel, equipment and technology.
