In the information age,communication and information demand has become rigid requirements of people's lives and work,then the customer scale built by communication operators expands unceasingly,and market competition is increasingly fierce.How to utilize the information-based means to support business process innovation,is to determine enterprise's comprehensive competitiveness.On the business process,Gansu mobile has established the BOSS to take the cust omers as the center,which realize the customers' information management,manageme nt of accounting information,business acceptance management,channel management,r esource management and so on,improve the efficiency and service level.However,as mobile voice saturated and slower growth of the business,plus the diversified develo pment of the internet,how to effectively use the existing customer system and conven ient means of Internet to carry business acceptance,query,customer management,fina ncial management on terminal to implement service by walking around and out-of-serv ice in marketing is the biggest problem to maintain the sustainable of Gansu mobile.As the development of CRM,the dynamic increase units used in the business hal l,can enhance its service and improve customers satisfaction,Secondly,it is for mark eters promotion by walking around in hall business,which would improve interactive service level;Thirdly,the use of portable devices matching with CRM to support the field marketing,improve the real-time performance of field business;fourth,it is used to the customer manager,leading to better service.Starting from the present situation of Gansu mobile CRM,analyzes the developm ent;secondly,on the Android,Gansu mobile terminal are designed;then the mobile i ntelligent terminal was design from the functional architecture,logical architecture,net work architecture;to ensure the safety of the CRM system,the mobile intelligent term inal version of the CRM system security authentication process was designed;finally,the interface protocol and process of the intelligent terminal is designed to ensure the smooth running and functional realization and the external equipment.Through the abo ve main content,to realize customer management,mobile electronic,process and auto mation,the current Gansu mobile customer relationship management and marketing ser vices,flexible and efficient,supporting salesforces processing business needs,to optimi ze the management system,management efficiency,the the effect of marketing,and th e competitiveness of the enterprises.
