Research On The Application Of FTTX Access Technologies In Upgrading And Reforming Of Xinjiang Tietong Broadband Network

"Broadband China" strategy has brought new opportunities and challenges for extraordinary transformation and upgrading development of the domestic telecom operators and broadband operators at all levels.However,the "Last Mile" problem,generally faced with the telecom operators,has become a bottleneck which restricting the development of the telecom industry.As a result,it is very important for Xinjiang Tietong Telecom to upgrade network and improve the quality of network service to further expand the market share and to promote the customer service management level.Taking the upgrade and transformation of Xinjiang Tietong Telecom broadband network as example,combing with a variety of access technologies,this thesis presents feasible upgrade schemes and implements them in three typical broadband service access projects.The main work includes as follows:1.Through analyzing the existing network structure,the resource and the user demands on the integrated services,we present the technically reasonable network transformation and upgrading plan and the construction goals in order to ensure the smooth upgrade of user business with the economic feasibility at the same time.2.During the construction,we select the appropriate access mode.Meanwhile,we choose the equipments based on the current situation and the future development needs of the business.We evaluate the technical and economic indicators of the project at the end.3.In view of the practical problems such as network planning,resource management,and the service provisioning and opening in the process of construction,we also give some instructive suggestions from the point of view of engineering.The research results can enhance the coverage and access capacity of the updated network,improve the user's perception and satisfaction,and provide a successful example for the future upgrading of the same type of network.
