China is a country rich in coals,with the development of automation technology and power technology,efficient use of resources and equipment selection becomes an important task to be solved by power plant researchers.Coal mill is the most important auxiliary equipment in the coal pulverizing system,different coal mill have different structure,output power and coal type adaptability,so it is necessary to study the coal mill selection.In this paper,study the coal mill selection and its control system of the Shenhua Shengli Power Plant,the method of temperature improvement and output power improvement is obtained by theoretical method and simulation experiment.In order to solve the coal mill selection and verify its stability,we compare the operational principle,specification parameters,motion characteristic,performance parameters and structural characteristics between the HP coal mill and the MPS coal mill,and combine with the temperature and coal yields of exit and entrance simulation verification the safest and most stable coal mill,and report the methods for improving performace.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal and pulverized coal system,the selection of coal mill and its external equipment are determined.The method of data resource comparison is used to solve the problem of efficient utilization of coal.After determine the coal pulverizing system and the coal mill selection,a system control scheme based on PLC is proposed,the design of PLCHardware and software system of MPS-HP-II coal mill control system is determined,based on engineering parameter tuning of coal mill based PID control are discussed,achieve good control effect.
