Dual-wavelength laser selection of melting equipment is the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chongqing Green Intelligent Technology Research Institute independent research and development based on laser selective melting technology(SLM,Selective Laser Melting)for the principle of laser 3D printing equipment.As SLM technology is monopolized by foreign countries and SLM equipment is expensive,to a large extent limited the SLM technology in the domestic development and application.In order to improve the printing accuracy of SLM equipment,the SLM equipment control system is redesigned and experimented.The experimental results show that the control system designed in this paper is working well.This paper first introduces the working principle of dual-wavelength laser selective melting equipment and the main equipment structure.Dual wavelength laser screening equipment differs from other SLM devices in that the energy system is provided by near-infrared fiber lasers with a wavelength of 1080 nm and pulsed lasers with a wavelength of 532 nm.Then,through the study of the working principle,the overall scheme of the control system of the dual wavelength laser selective melting equipment is proposed,which includes the light source system,the laser scanning system,the PLC control system,the atmosphere control system,the host computer control system design,the powder paving control system.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of the control system,combined with the specific work of the dual-wavelength and high-precision laser-selective melt-forming equipment,the improved integral separation PID control algorithm is used as the core control algorithm of the dual-wavelength laser selection melting equipment control system,To verify its feasibility.For the dual-wavelength high-precision laser selection melt molding equipment control system requirements,the completion of the next machine PLC control system research and development,and its hardware part of the selection.Finally,the control system of the control system of the double-wavelength and high-precision laser-selective melt-forming equipment is experimentally studied to verify its performance and function,which basically meet the experimental requirements.
