Since the 1990 s,the computer network represented by the Internet has been developing rapidly.At the same time,the impact of Internet technology has penetrated into many aspects of society and there are a lot of network platform.From the various network applications that are closely related to our life,to the network platform of various organizations and institutions,these all embody the powerful charm of the network era and the scope of the huge coverage of network technology.Especially in a number of highly institutional industries,in order to expand their business scope and better adapt to the development of the network era needs,they are all strengthening the construction and investment of their network platform.These industries involving the business is also very large.However,with the continuous deepening and development of network construction and business links,the problem of network operations begins to appear.And just a single operation of the network infrastructure has failed to address the disconnect between the management of the upper and the underlying networks.How to deal with this problem or effectively monitor and manage network system,so as to ensure the stability and efficient operation of network platform,which has become a prominent problem in the network development.The design and development of a complete network monitoring and alarming system,can realize the centralized monitoring of the network equipment and business.And this is to ensure that the network platform can be healthy development and healthy operation.The traditional network operating system focuses on the management of network performance and network failure.Network performance management is mainly the analysis of historical data,and network failure management is mainly the monitoring of network elements.But the network is only the foundation of the application.It does not fully reflect the running condition of the network system to just use the network as the monitoring object.Network monitoring and alarming system is logged on through the local network management system platform.Then it can detect and control the various performance parameters of the remote equipment,systems,business applications deployed on the equipment.This implements the unified management of network infrastructure and business applications.The monitoring and alarming system mainly includes the collection of index data,the entry and analysis of documents,the generation and display of alarm,and adding,deleting,modifying,viewing monitoring object and alarming policys,etc.The network monitoring and alarming system can display the warning information of the monitored object clearly at the monitoring platform.Throughout the system,the basic information of all hosts devices and databases can be queried through the monitoring platform.In a word,the network monitoring and alarming system is the integration of network resources across the whole organization system.Operational staffs need to login network monitoring and alarming system only through the browser.Then they can clearly understand the operation situation of the remote equipment and the applications.It is more convenient to achieve the adjustment of indicators and control of monitoring objects,data analysis and forecasting work,etc.And operational staffs can find faults and deal them in time.So it can eliminate the problems in the bud.Thus it avoids the emergence of many system problems.This not only can reduce the workload of operations,but also enhance the security of the system.In this paper,the monitoring and alarming system of Sichuan mobile is studies.Based on the analysis of the basic structure of network monitoring and alarming system and the particularity of network structure and specific requirements of the customer's business,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the network monitoring and alarming system based on B/S mode.It provides a simple and integrated monitoring and alarming platform for the client.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the network monitoring and alarming system,and it analyzes the characteristics and problems of some monitoring systems.Then it studies the status quo of network monitoring and alarming system from multiple perspectives,especially about the domestic and foreign research status of network monitoring and alarming system.The content and the structure of the paper are also introduced and explained.Secondly,it analyzes the application requirements of the the system and some problems of specific specification involved in the software development.Then,the paper studys the overall structure of network monitoring and alarming system and the key technology of system development and design.In the design of the system it fully takes into account the practicality of the system,but also it retains the system's scalable,efficient and flexible features.In the design of the system,this paper determines the data acquisition mode of the server-gateway-agent.The collection of data is done by the collection agents on the remote devices,and then the data is uploaded to the gateway by the collection agent,and the server is responsible for managing the configuration.At the same time this system uses efficient Oracle database to store data,and designs a complete database structure and friendly user interface,so that it improves the efficiency of data read and it's good for the user experience.After the overall framework of the network monitoring and alarming system is determined,this paper analyzes and designs the system acquisition management subsystem,the node management subsystem,the data processing subsystem and the configuration management subsystem in detail.Finally,according to the system design requirements,the main views of the system are analyzed,and then the system is tested in many aspects.The test results show that the system is running normally and meets the actual needs.The realization of the network monitoring and alarming system not only adapts to the rapid development of network technology,but also it has provided a set of effective operation and maintenance tools for the maintenance of the enterprise network environment.On the one hand it improves the network operational environment of the enterprise and improves the efficiency of the network maintenance work.And it saves a lot of manpower and material cost.On the other hand it achieves a network platform for the unified view,unified configuration,unified maintenance of the network resources.From the long-term development point of view,it also reflects the direction of intensive development that the enterprise pursued now.
