Design And Implementation Of Problem Tracking Management System In Software Development

At present,in the software development process,the development team inevitably encounter a variety of problems,these problems are often not timely and effective solution,and ultimately lead to the failure of the entire development.In many software development process,most of the development team to adopt a more traditional way to track the tracking problem,such as: excel,paper essay records,etc.;also use the traditional way of random communication,such as temporary mail,call,temporary seminars and so on;these traditional ways lead to some problems,such as: can not quickly access the problem information,problem experience can not be shared,team members communicate inefficient,difficult to control the progress of the problem.In order to solve the problems in software development process in time,this paper combines the modern management knowledge and the existing defect management system model to design a software management system for software development,which can help software developers to accumulate a lot of experience and improve problem solving ability.This problem tracking management system based on the software development process,combined with VB.NET and ADO.NET these two technologies,the use of Visual Studio 2013 integrated development environment to achieve all the system interface,SQL Server 2012 background database to establish a list of all the information database system.The main research contents of this paper are two parts:1.Combine the software development process,with the relevant technology and platform to achieve problem tracking management system.The system to improve the quality of the software project as the ultimate goal,combined with the unified management of problem information,monitoring the progress of the problem-solving,adjust the progress of the development of these three functional requirements;analysis of user interface layer,business logic layer,data layer C/S three-tier architecture model,the overall framework of the system design;with VB.NET system interface to complete the preparation of various interfaces in the Visual Studio 2013 integrated development platform to achieve a simple standard interface;in the SQL Server 2012 backstage database to complete the system user information table and problem information table build,and use ADO.NET technology to access and process the data in the database table.2.Use the problem tracking management system to track and analyze a specific case project.The system will be urban earthquake disaster prevention and emergency response integrated service system as a test pilot,with the problem tracking management system to track the management of this case in the development process of all the problems,and ultimately achieved the desired results.As follows: unified management of the case in the development of all the problems;refine the problem of nodes,monitoring the progress of the development process;make the problem solving process more clear,standardized,standards;to achieve the development staff,problem solving and e-mail close effective combination,to enhance the communication efficiency.This case is a specific case,the system can also track the analysis of other cases.This article designed the problem tracking management system makes the software development personnel to bid farewell to excel,e-mail and instant messaging and other traditional records,communication methods,standardize the development of the problem-solving process to improve the efficiency of team communication,and ultimately to improve software the purpose of quality.
