Research On I-Care-Robots' Behavioral Interaction Design And It's Evaluation Method

User acceptance level is an important index for evaluating the I-Care-Robots,and the design of the I-Care-Robots' behavioral interaction determines the user acceptance level.However,there are few studies on the design method and evaluation method of the I-Care-Robots' behavioral interaction.In this paper,a method for the I-Care-Robots' behavioral interaction design and a method for the design's evaluation are proposed and tested.These methods apply Kansei Engineering,fuzzy mathematics,cognitive psychology and virtual reality technology.The main contents are as follows:(1)An user research for the elder to understand user's needs is conducted and the nursing situation is investigated.A set of methods are put forward to deduce the behavior psychology of the aged.(2)The PCN diagram is applied to analyze the nursing interaction structure of the human care workers,and the role played by assistant robot in the assistant service is optimized.Virtual reality(3Ds max three-dimensional animation performance)technology is used to develop a set of methods for the performance of interactive behavior of the I-Care-Robots.(3)From the perspective of user experience,the I-Care-Robots' evaluation index of behavioral interaction design is built,applying Kansei engineering,fuzzy mathematics,cognitive psychology,assistant nursing knowledge.The quantitative formula of the evaluation index is formulated,the relationship among the parameters involved is described.A method to evaluate the interaction design of the I-Care-Robots is developed.(4)The methods proposed are tested to verify their feasibility.
