The emergence of the mobile power pack can solve some emergency problems. It is mainly for those electronic devices, which are short of electric power.Nowadays, great progress has made in function and internal structure of the mobile power pack.Because of the lack of research on user perceptual cognitive habits, there still exist some problems, such as function layout and external appearance, which will lead to some bad experience for product users, naturally, will reduce the market competitiveness of the products. In order to solve this problem, this paper apply the Kansei Engineering to guide mobile power supply products design. At first,we adopt both observation and interview method to do the qualitative research, identifying some problems existing in the mobile power pack, and then,we analyze the cause of these problems according to the following process: first,we collect many comments on the product from the Internet on e-business;Second,we do clustering analysis to filter some useless words;Third, select 10 product samples to do research;Fourth, semantic differential method is applied to do evaluation analysis;Fifth, use principal component analysis to delete redundant information;Sixth, extract the design elements of the mobile power pack;Seventh,Apply multivariate linear regression analysis to build the relationship between design elements and perceptual image;Eighth, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for good design elements to find out the user concentration; Finally,an improved design is put forward to improve the design.Through analyzing the above verification,we prove the validity of the perceptual engineering in the design of mobile power pack products, which provide a new standpoint for designers in this area to design the products.
