The IDC Report says the number of game players in China is about 566 million and the size of the market is 165.57 hundred billion.The huge number of users gives rise to the hot game live industry.In 2016,IQIYI,the leading brand of video software in China,set up game live platform.At the beginning,how to make use of content and technology,attract users and set up the brand are problems need to be solved.IQIYI has always adhered to the brand concept of 'Always fun,always fine' and successfully formed the industrial chain of electronic commerce,games and the movie tickets.This article demonstrates the market environment,general situation of the competitors,the opportunities and risk of IQIYI and confirms the targeting market and consumers from the perspective of marketing.This plan tries to make use of user base and professional generated content of IQIYI and optimize the resource state to promote the product.For this reason,marketing campaigns such as live of new games,recruitment of mobile game anchors and pilot of an anchor named Tianqi are planned.This plan aims to enrich the content,connect the video and game live and form the habit of watching game live programs for IQIYI.Also,I make full use of users and resource of IQIYI in the hope that this plan can raise awareness of this product and raise DAU and retention rate of it.
