In order to adapt to the development of information time,improve the situation that hardware facilities is insufficient and the experiment space is limited and satisfy the requirement of sharing and opening the high education resources.Virtual simulation experiment teaching has become an important measure to reform experimental teaching.Building a visual track fusion simulation system on the basis of computer and network communication technology.In order to make students fully understand the information of fusion technology applied in the field of target tracking,learn the process and principle of radar and AIS information fusion,deepen the understanding and using of relevant knowledge,develop a simulation system that can establish communication between multiple clients and the server at the same time.Remote simulation experiment system consist of the network communication technology,virtual software technology,database technology,virtual simulation technology,track fusion technology and so on.It is based on the current target tracking,track display and track fusion technology.Design and achieve the building of virtual simulation experiment teaching center.In this paper,the target is building the development of VTS track fusion simulation network virtual teaching laboratory.Analyze respectively from three aspects,such as the network technology,track fusion technology and virtual experiment platform technology.(1)Set up a virtual simulation system,the system is a local area network(LAN)experimental platform for remote connection which based on C/S communication structure.Using.NET development platform,with C#programming language.SQL Server database as the store tools.Through the socket remote communication protocol.Developing a human-computer interaction interface,realize the function of a server and multiple clients communication with each other.(2)Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various measuring parameters of maritime radar and AIS.Simulating track by processing data of track,correlating track and fusing track.Discuss different correlation fusion algorithm deeply.Give the comprehensive evaluation of track fusion under different fusion algorithm by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the different algorithm.(3)Achieve the platform under the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment.Designing functions which include the network connection,database storage,track encounter,radar and AIS data processing,using different algorithms to correlate and fuse the track and fusion evaluation,and display specific operation results on the server and client interface.
