Multi-station radar data fusion is an emerging technology that has been rapidly developed in recent years and involves multi-disciplinary knowledge.Compared with traditional singlestation radar,multi-station radar system can improve stability and reliability in target detection,location and tracking.Sex.Faced with today's complex electronic warfare environment,multi-station radar systems have greater survivability,so the advantages of multi-station radar make it widely used.In view of the challenges brought by traditional electromagnetic interference and stealth technology to traditional single-station radar,this paper mainly studies the key technology in multi-station radar system-multi-station radar data fusion,including multi-station radar positioning fusion,centralized fusion algorithm and distribution.The fusion algorithm,etc.,the main work is as follows: 1.The concept and advantages of multi-station radar system are expounded.The characteristics of different fusion structures in multi-station radar and the target tracking technology of fusion center are analyzed.The data preprocessing technology in multi-station radar fusion is studied,including space pair.Quasi-algorithm and time registration algorithm.2.Aiming at the problem of single-station radar being vulnerable to electromagnetic interference and poor target positioning during target positioning,the advantages of multistation radar in positioning and its positioning method and accuracy are analyzed.For the data redundancy problem in the multi-station radar positioning process,the traditional weighted least squares algorithm is computationally intensive and difficult to implement.A simplified weighted least squares algorithm(SWLS)is studied,and the idea of weighting is used.Target data fusion is performed to improve the positioning accuracy of multi-station radar.3.Aiming at the limitation of traditional single-station radar to target tracking,two different fusion structures are studied to improve target tracking performance.In the centralized fusion,the dot-correlation,fusion algorithm and multi-target tracking algorithm are mainly studied.In the distributed fusion structure,different track association algorithms are first studied,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of each algorithm are analyzed and compared.Secondly,the corresponding track fusion algorithm is studied in the case of multi-station radar synchronous data sampling and asynchronous data sampling.The traditional convex combination method does not consider the correlation of different radar estimation errors,and a fast cross-correlation is studied.Variance(CI)fusion algorithm.Finally,a multi-station radar data fusion software was designed and developed.The software can be used to simulate and verify the effectiveness of the centralized fusion algorithm,the distributed fusion algorithm,and the preliminary analysis of the measured data to complete the fusion of the subsequent measured data.
