With the continuous development of the mobile Internet and mobile technologies, LBS(Location-based services) that are increasingly familiar by the general public. Today is in the wave of popularity of mobile Internet, LBS service are used by people ues smartphone and tablet to access the Internet, and the mobile networks to provide location information. they arewidely used in social entertainment services, and with the popularity of the mobile phones and mobile tablet.The indoor positioning service will become the core functions of the mobile Internet area, also will become more and more important.For this hot-area field, this article design and implement an indoor positioning system based on a WIFI hotspotbased onAppleā€™s IOS system. We are optimize and improve the positioning algorithminnovatively based on fingerprint. Two methods are proposed for the RSSI signal which are collected in the static and dynamic optimization process. One processing method is in the staticprocession, the collected data as a fingerprint signal using Gaussian filtering on the fingerprint data which has been collected to eliminate the singularity signal.Another dynamic processing method using the modified weighted filtering method in the real time positioning stage, the sampled RSSI signal processing needs to be done in a short time. This processcan reduce the probability of a substantial deviation in the positioning.This thesis improves the algorithm of online positioning stage. The first stage uses NNSS-AVG algorithm to select certain predetermined sites quickly. The second stage uses probabilistic algorithms to calculate the probability of the pre-positioning point and uses probability-weighted method to complete the positioning simultaneously. The actual environment test proves the hybrid algorithm can improve the response time and precision of the positioning.
