The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management System Of Elevator Inspection

Special equipment inspection is a compulsory method to ensure the security when special equipment is used.Nowadays,elevators are widely used.Elevator accidents can cause bad damage.as a result,its safety has arouse the deep concern of government and the public.The institution of special equipment inspection and test has become the last security.Currently,there exists several problems in elevator testing such as strong independence of testing equipment,weak cooperation,lack of regular management platform,etc.Jinzhou Institution of Special equipment inspection and test provided strong demand for constructing an integrated management system on elevator inspection aiming at solving the problems mentioned above.The study is based on the demands,use the technology of C++,WEB and IOT to design and realize an integrated management system on elevator inspection which have the ability of integrated management and testing.The main work are as following:1.Completed the whole system by using software project construction method to improve the comprehensive management ability.2.Design and implement testing subsystem to realize three functions such as elevator performance testing,elevator operating testing and elevator workpiece testing.3.Design and implement business management subsystem to realize three functions such as testing business handling,qualification management and testing business inquiry and to realize the networking of business application,handling and inquiry so as to improve the business handling ability.4.Design and implement equipment management subsystem to realize the functions of test equipment management,tested equipment management and testing data analysis,to realize the information management on testing equipment,to realize "One-stop" management on tested equipment and to realize comprehensive analysis on testing data,therefore improve the information management ability of the institution.5.Complete testing on the whole system.By analyze the testing results of the system's performance and function,it is proved that the system can meet the need of special equipment testing and can improve the working quality of the institution.
