LCD TV industry is basically complete the transition from CCFL back-light technology to LED back-light technology.Nowadays,there are two most striking development directions on the market,one is the transformation from the side entry type LED back-light technology to the direct back-light technology,and the other is the transformation from the ordinary function TV to the smart TV.Beads' number of direct LED back-light technology is probably only for side entry type LED's 1/4,and does not need the light guide plate,thus can significantly improve economic efficiency,reduce the number of beads also decreased the power consumption and improve energy efficiency index.In recent years,Android intelligent operating system spreads from the mobile phone screen to the TV screen slowly,consumers no longer have to passively accept the TV show,they can see what television programs they want on a smart TV,also play games and browse the web on a smart TV.The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a 32 inch LCD TV products which have both of the two advanced technology as above.First of all,several methods are given in this paper to improve the efficiency index of the whole machine to level 1.This paper selects the double curved lens to expand light divergence feet,which can help us reduce the number of beads,thereby reducing the power consumption;selects suitable working current of LED lamp which can make the lamp achieve the best performance.In order to improve the average brightness of the screen,this paper optimizes the arrangement of the lamp;selects the suitable BEF;designs a software,it can automatically adjust the back-light power algorithm.Secondly this paper uses the SN51DP chip as the constant current source control chip of the back-light,it can interpret the received PWM wave with different duty cycle,then output different current value,so as to realize the function of control the back-light current by software,which is effectively reduce the types of hardware and provides convenience for production.Finally,this paper uses the MSTAR's Android chip MSD6M608 as the main chip,designs the circuit principle diagram,builds the Android operating system hardware platform and efficient.
