The rapid development of domestic economy and large-scale construction Production is increasingly dependent on measurement robots,especially in high-precision construction survey and deformation monitoring.However,the engineering application of the measurement robot falling behind has seriously restricted the development of these large scale engineering projects.With the vigorous development of communication technology of Internet of Things,the application of modern construction technology is more and more extensive.This paper focuses on the construction of new and efficient remote control technology and the establishment of related solutions.In this paper,TS30 as the research object,using C # and MFC programming environment,at the same time,combined with GeoCom interface principle,to research unattended and manual intervention of the remote control system.Specific research is as follows:(1)GeoCom interface technology,in the VC ++ environment to establish the measurement robot online data acquisition program.(2)Verify the accuracy of the TS30 automated measurement range and angle measurement.(3)This paper re-develops API functions based on low-level ASCII protocol and combined with multi-threaded technology.(4)This paper writes a different communication(network,Bluetooth,radio)test case and verifies the feasibility of different communication methods and communication efficiency to prepare for achieving the measurement robot remote control.(5)Design a reasonable database structure and Access and SQL Server database applications,in the C # and C + + environment to achieve the database call.(6)Realization of the Andrews system measurement robot mobile control terminal software.Through the test in the pit monitoring project,the results show that the system realizes the functions of remote control,automatic data acquisition,data transmission and data processing,and basically achieves the expected target.
