| Deformation monitoring is an indispensable monitoring project in the construction and operation of various projects.It uses instruments and methods to measure and calculate the shape,size and position of structures periodically under the spatial and temporal characteristics,thus ensuring the safety of various projects in construction and operation.At present,with the development of science and technology,the measurement robot is more and more widely used in the deformation monitoring task because of its intelligence,automation and high precision.Combined with the second development tool,the measurement robot has stronger automatic measurement capability and more flexible application in the deformation monitoring task.Based on the LeicaTS30 measuring robot,this paper studied the automatic deformation monitoring system based on android development technology,cloud storage technology and Geocom serial interface,and realized a mobile deformation monitoring system integrating automatic data collection,processing and storage.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Measurement robot and its secondary development technology.The ASCII communication protocol of Leica TS30 measuring robot and Geocom programming interface is researched.Based on the system requirements of this paper,the system development environment is established based on the Android development platform.(2)Data Acquisition and Processing Research.The model of automatic intelligent point finding method is studied,so that the artificial point finding in learning stage can be completed automatically.The stability analysis of the reference points group and the coarse error location elimination model were constructed,and the influence of the instability of the reference points on the solution of the observation results was analyzed.The effect of meteorological factors on the observed values can be eliminated or attenuated by using the multi-check and correction model.(3)Research on system framework functions and main module design.Research and design of Android mobile terminal and measurement robot bluetooth communication steps and data transmission process;SQLite database is used to design the detailed data structure table of the system to ensure the local storage of data.Study on the construction of Bmob cloud storage,and design the cloud storage and backup of data.(4)Integrated data processing method and system design,realized the deformation monitoring system based on the android mobile system,introduced the system functions in combination with the system interface,and finally tested the practicability of the system by combining with the application case of the system monitoring after the repair of a section of the Forbidden City wall. |
