Risk Management In The Application Of Machine Vision Project

There are many uncertain factors in the machine vision project,it also brought a lot of risk for machine vision project,main risks are inaccurate demand analysis,research and development technical route is wrong,the development cycle is difficult to predict and control,etc.Research on risk management method in the application of machine vision project is of great significance.In this thesis,the main content is as follows:Analysis of the characteristics of the machine vision project,the project process is divided into project evaluation,demand analysis,scheme design,detailed design,acceptance maintenance stages,based on the problems existing in the course of each phase and the relationship between each stage,based on project risk management model of the process,the model to the scheme design phase as the key node,according to the phase of the risk analysis results,adjust the project plan,and to analyze project risks.This article uses the case analysis method of risk identification,enumerate the actual machine vision project case in stages,analysis of these problems,identify the risks in each stage of the typical machine vision project,forming machine vision project risk checklist.In this thesis,based on the risk of revenue loss evaluation quantitative method of risk analysis,risk will affect the equivalence into revenue loss,on the basis of this method to calculate the risk value is more intuitive,it also has the better can be measured.Based on equivalence between the benefit of risk and loss value,and reducing the efficiency loss as the goal,the optimal risk response plan is selected for each kind of risk through the calculation of pay and benefits of risk responses.Detection based on second generation capsule machine project as an example of risk management,project risk checklist based on machine vision,using work breakdown,decomposition of risk,cost decomposition method to calculate the equivalent to the benefit of the risk of loss value,again according to the risk to pay and benefit analysis,decision to the plan selection for each risk,and the risk response effect monitoring and analysis,to timely adjust the project related links.The study of the risk management of the actual project cases shows that the results of the analysis,this thesis adopted by the risk management methods to reduce the risk of project,the project for the positive role,can make the project better.
