Management System Development For Key Elenent Of Public Security

Review all the violent terror cases that happened in recent years,we can see that daily necessities of people such as gasoline,matches,aluminum powder,blades and Axes have become preferred choice of terrorists.Loopholes in management and control of public security key elements and the imperfect mechanism have been increasingly emerging.Currently,there are many shortcomings in the management of security elements,and there exist significant regulatory in terms of real-name system sales information,source and disposition trajectory and the final use or destruction condition.This requires a strong working mechanism to regulate the flow of civil security elements,while the need for a simple and easy to use information system as an auxiliary means.Thus development of a system for key elements management is particularly important.We investigated the existing links of the sales management in the key elements of public security,and finds out that the existing key elements of public security management methods are in the original,decentralized and passive state.There is a need to unify and pool all existing sales management system and real-name system sales information,organize the data through a specific way,and ultimately push the data to the public security network.Only then can the security key elements of real-name system sales information be found,analysis and comparable in the public security network.The main work of this paper includes:1.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the key factors in the management of the key elements of the current period,we analyzed the marketing information of the key elements,summarized the existing data types,grasped rough data law,determined the data collection methods,and finally puts forward preliminary system construction plan.2.On the basis of the preliminary construction plan,the architecture,data structure and data flow mode to be used by the system were confirmed and the core algorithm was determined.3.The development of this system was carried out on the basis of the need of actual work.The system authority distribution module,login module,data maintenance module,statistical report module,analysis and early warning module were developed and debugged4.On the basis of the completion of system design and deployment work,a comprehensive range of reliability and performance testing were performed in the actual application environment in order to verify whether the normal running of data flow,background login,management,query,early warning and other functions achieve the requirements of development schema.The system stable operation capacity and data carrying capacity test were performed to verify whether the requirements of the system pre-program is achieved.We choose to use SQL Server + ASP.Net technology and SQL Server2008 database for the data base in the key elements of the security management system,which was described in this paper.We are aiming to provide an efficient and convenient collection platform for the key elements of the sales of real-name information in the whole region,and make it possible to found and analyzed this data.The system has been deployed and put into the formal use in the Kashi region.In practical use,there have been more than 300 million various key elements real-name system sales information collected,resulting in more than 1340 early warning information and two suspects captured.The system has been running stablely since its first operation and fully achieve the desired design purposes.
