The Design And Implementation Of Enforcement Evaluation Management System For Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau

With the development of social pressure of public opinion with time, and the issue of law enforcement efforts of Public Security Bureau, people require services of Public Security Bureau’s law enforcement works. So that Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau refined the management of law enforcement evaluation, required that the future law enforcement work should be more rational and humanized and the office efficiency should be improved greatly. Therefore, it was necessary to meet the performance requirements of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau’s law enforcement evaluation works by design and implementation, thus greatly improving office efficiency and rationality of law enforcement works of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau in the future.According to their specific circumstances and context of works, Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau determined the law enforcement evaluation management system, which mainly applying B/S technology, using J2EE for page design, using SSH for web page design, also using the latest modern technology XML technology and com+ for interface design, and using the relational database SQL Server 2014 for data storage management.Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau law enforcement evaluation management system mainly achieved daily evaluation work, standard management work, program development work, stage evaluation work and result management work. Daily evaluation module implemented the management of daily evaluation work and daily summary work, as well as evaluation work; standard management module regulated evaluation projects and evaluation indicators and defined the evaluation contents and conditions of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau law enforcement evaluation management system; program development module implemented making evaluation plan, determining evaluation unit, issuing evaluation plan, and completing all the evaluation plan work; stage evaluation was divided into six stages of evaluation:case quality evaluation, social evaluation, administrative management, social conflicts resolution, law enforcement supervision and legal ability tests, referring to do stage evaluation work of completed work in different work stages; result management was mainly used for data management of evaluation result, including four functions, result summary, result publication, result query, and result review.Through the establishment and use of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau law enforcement evaluation management system by running on a computer network, greatly improving the rationality of Yantai Municipal Public Security Bureau’s future law enforcement works, and as for lack of previous works, the efficiency issue will be improved after the management system evaluation the evaluation work, greatly improving the communicating work between police officers and the masses, helping the masses and government officials getting more and more close.
