With the steady development of China's civil aviation industry,the demand for high-quality personnel in the civil aviation industry has increased dramatically,and the civil aviation training mode will face new difficulties and challenges.In order to solve the problems and shortcomings in the traditional civil aviation training mode,it is necessary to establish a detailed training system.This thesis introduces the current situation and development trend of the civil aviation training system,as well as analyzes the characteristics and the design goal.This thesis also studies the training mode of the civil aviation training system,and the design of the civil aviation cloud training system overall framework,and through the experimental data analysis reflects the feasibility of the training model.According to the characteristics of the civil aviation training system,this thesis first classified the civil aviation training mode,analyses the present situation of training system,and then on the basis of the characteristics of the vocational training mode,it designs the civil aviation cloud training system,the system including three big platform system-cloud autonomous learning platform,cloud auxiliary learning platform and cloud testing platform.System design is based on the professional training of civil aviation characteristics and effective combination of the three major platforms,giving full play to the advantages of the teaching of the training system.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the three major platforms,to study the key technology is to share resources value evaluation model of the learning platform,and to design and test platform of cloud group strategy from three aspects,just to verify the practicability of the platform and extension in civil aviation flight university of China.Finally,this thesis obtains the data resources of the actual use of the system,and compares the data resources.The results show that the proposed method can optimize the civil aviation training mode and improve the quality of civil aviation training.At the same time,performance test results are satisfactory,indicating that the cloud training platform system can be more widely used in the field of training and education,that it is suitable for promotion toother civil aviation institutions and training institutions.
