Multiple Voice: The Discourse Dispute Of The Conflicts Event Between Doctors And Patients In Cyberspace

In recent years,the medical dispute occurred frequently and contradictions between doctors and patients continue to escalate."Wenling medical case","Xiangtan maternal death","Harbin Medical injury accident" and other medical events make doctor-patient relationship become the focus of public attention again.On one hand,the social transition brought some social problems and contradictions.On the other hand,media coverage to the doctor-patient conflict has,to some extent,affected people's cognition of the relationship between doctors and patients.Media's injustice reports make the patient and the audience not believe in the doctors which,to some degree,aggravate the contradictions.The emergence of the network make people began to participate in public affairs in the cyberspace.The public opinion in cyberspace has became a power that can not be ignored.In the perspective of internet communication,this paper mainly use the content analysis and case analysis method.This paper sum up spread pathway and the features of medical dispute in internet by analyzing the typical medical case such as ”Wenling medical case”and "Xiangtan maternal death”.This paper analyze the discourse content and compare the medical coverage of online media and traditional mainstream media to conclude the reasons of imbalance of the discourse right in cyberspace about doctor-patient's conflict event.Further more,This paper explored the factors that affect the contradiction between doctors and patients by comparing the medical conflict reports of online media and traditional mainstream media.It is found that the diversification of the main body of internet make the network discourse imbalanced seriously.Secondly,media gatekeeper function has weakened which make the opinions online are widely divided.Third,new media gives the patient more discourse right.Forth,The social psychological effect intensify the polarization phenomenon of the network group in the noise of the public opinion field.last,the mainstream media turn to be the main power to guide the public opinion.
