The ever-changing Internet technology and the rapid adoption of intelligent terminal equipment have changed the life of our public,the development of new media and the popularity of the media,so that the public self-expression to obtain new channels.After the crisis,microblogging and other new media tend to become the first place of public opinion and opinion spread,its public opinion influence can not be overlooked,microblogging user's media literacy determines how microblogging users use microblogging,and then become microblogging influence One of the decisive factors of the size of the force,for the occurrence and development of the crisis and the final direction have a significant impact.This study selected three years in 2014-2016 three years of hot news in the network of three crisis events-2014,"Lanzhou water benzene content exceeded",2015 "Tianjin 812 fire disaster",2016 "Shandong problem vaccine The content analysis is used to study the media literacy of microblogging users in the development of crisis events,and from the aspects of information acquisition,information interpretation and media participation.According to the research,it is found that the microblogging user information source in the crisis event is diversified.In the aspect of information reading,although the microblogging users reflect the high initiative and enthusiasm,the microblogging content is diversified and the information is exploded,Users in the face of multiple information in the identification of the ability to be challenged;media participation,microblogging users to show a strong media participation intention,but its media participation capacity still needs to be improved;different types of microblogging users of media literacy Differences,there is a discourse between each other.Finally,the author studies the media literacy of microblogging users in the specific situation of crisis events and the media literacy of microblogging daily use,and puts forward some suggestions on media literacy education for the difference: cultivates new media such as microblogging The effective use of the ability to broaden the channels of access to information;to strengthen the sensitivity of the media information training;training the public to ease the emotional and rational expression,to enhance their media awareness and media participation in the enthusiasm.
