The rapid development and application of the Internet of things(IoT)technology not only changed the way of people's life,but also provides a solution to the problem of energy shortages.Currently,the total energy consumption in our country is increasing year by year,reduce the building energy consumption is one of the ways to save energy.Based on the Internet of Things technology architectural smart electricity system can not only carry out realtime monitoring of the indoor environment,but also to control the indoor electrical equipment,in the creation of a comfortable living environment while controlling room electricity consumption.This paper mainly describes the construction of smart power system and its control strategy.Architectural smart power system consists of two parts,hardware platform and software platform components.Hardware platform including room controller,monitoring center,gateway and other parts.The room controller and the various sensor modules in the room form a WiFi network to obtain room data.Room controller will be the data obtained through the ZigBee network upload to the gateway,in order to achieve the monitoring center of the room data monitoring.Monitoring center software,room controller software and cloud server to form a system software platform.Monitoring Center software is the main part of the Architectural smart power system software part.It use of SQL SERVER database storage data and written by the Visual Studio platform C # programming language.The room controller uses Android operating system and written by Java language.Monitoring Center software can be achieved to view the real-time data of each room,historical data,change the room strategy and so on.At the same time monitoring center server is also connected with the Internet network,the user can log on through the mobile phone monitoring center,enter the account password into the relevant interface for remote operation.The realization of smart power strategy not only need to analyze the factors that affect the comfort of the room,but also through the algorithm to optimize the model.This paper select several factors that affect the room environment such as room temperature,humidity illumination and other related factors modeling.Hybrid genetic-annealing algorithm is a random search algorithm,which has a faster calculation and a certain probability of accepting poor results,which can be avoided into the local optimal advantages.It is suitable for solving multi-objective optimal parameters.Using the hybrid genetic-annealing algorithm,combined with the established model,find the optimal solution for the smart power strategy.Finally,in the MATLAB simulation platform,simulation results show that good energy saving effect of architectural smart power system.
