Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,the wave of informatization,which is dominated by information and network,is irresistibly sweeping across the globe,thus information safety has become an indispensable leading role on the world stage.As information technology is evolving,the connotation of the information safety is expanding constantly,the markets are booming,and the problems are also intensifying.Especially in our country,the information safety has risen to the height of the national strategic security.So,it is very useful and essential to study on the field of information safety,design and implement a professional and effective know-ledge service system.Firstly,the paper establishes the information safety knowledge system through three steps: determining the content of the domain knowledge,sorting out the knowledge,establishing the knowledge association and the system.Secondly,a knowledge acquisition mechanism based on crowdsourcing is designed.After study on the quality evaluation problem under this mechanism,the paper proposes a crowdsourcing quality evaluation algorithm based on sliding task window.The algorithm can achieve the evaluation of task results,by sliding the tasks into windows,using EM estimation and integration for workers and tasks.Experiments show that the algorithm can reach the precise of about 90%,while performs well in operating efficiency and robustness.The design and implementation of information safety knowledge service system is at the end.The system takes the knowledge system as the skeleton and takes the knowledge acquisition mechanism based on crowdsourcing as the thought,which is divided into two subsystems and nine modules.And,the key functions of the system and technical solutions are given by using B/S architecture and SSH development framework.The system application test shows that the system runs stably,can acquire and update knowledge continuously,provide users with a knowledge service platform of knowledge management,knowledge inquiry,knowledge acquisition,knowledge evaluation.
