Research On Social Q&A Community Users Of Initial Participation Intention

Social Q&A Community(SQAC)is a new form of questions and answers community,also a product of the widely use of Internet and the extensive application of Web2.0 technology.The socialized Q&A community is distinguished the traditional one-way Q&A service model based on the search engine from bidirectional interaction with its unique social network.The user-information-user will be closely linked through the user's questions and answers,and then SQAC becomes a shared platform for people to find solutions and knowledge.Therefore,its emergence not only attracted a large number of users to participate,but also attracted the attention of the academia.From the view of user's cognitive perspective,to explore the influence factors of initial thoughts of users to participate in SQAC,to deepen the understanding of the thoughts of initial participation and continued participation,to enrich users' participation theory,there has a certain academic theoretical significance and practical value.The dissertation is divided into five parts:In the first part,we will introduce the background,purpose and significance of our research.Through the literature review,the feasibility and research value of this study will be determined;and then the research ideas,research contents,research methods and innovations of the paper will be pointed out.The second part is about basic concepts.The theoretical basis of the paper includes the definition of SQAC concept,the description of the characteristics and operating mechanism,the interpretation of the related concepts of initial participation motive and thoughts of users.The third part is modeling.Based on the existing research methods,based on the research conclusions of relevant theory and literature.We extracted impact variables factors from three levels,the users,social technologies and environment of initial participation intention of SQAC users,to build theoretical models and measure the index system.The fourth part is empirical research.Based on the theoretical models and measure index system,we conduct survey design and data collection,then test and analyze the data,and discuss the results on this based on above.The results show that there are 7 factors have significant positive influence on users' initial participate intention in SQAC: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,curiosity,information demand,self-efficacy,social interaction,trust.The last part is conclusion and expectation.In this part we summarize the research work of this dissertation,pointing out the deficiencies and the direction of future efforts.
