The monitoring of environmental information can not only guarantee the safety of human life,but also avoid the production accidents,such as the gas monitoring in kitchens and mines,the sensitive gas monitoring in chemical plants,temperature and humidity monitoring in warehouses and etc.Because the environment is fluid and the gas is diffuse,if the accident occurs and the alarm is not fast enough,then a slight accident can cause serious consequences and even cause casualties.Therefore,the effective monitoring range,sensitivity,real-time performance and other technical indicators of the environmental monitoring system have a high demand in practical applications.A set of wireless sensor network monitoring system based on SI4463 is designed for the above needs.The hardware of the system includes the coordinator,the terminal fixed monitoring node and the terminal vehicle monitoring node.The SI4463 communication chip is used for data transmission.The STM32F103 master chip is used to implement the networking protocol,thus setting up a wireless sensor monitoring network.The coordinator mainly carries out two tasks.One is responsible for collecting the data detected by each monitoring node and transmitting the information to the client through USB.The other one is to transmit the control signal of the host computer to the vehicle node.The terminal fixed monitoring nodes are distributed in different monitoring areas to collect environmental information and transmit the information to the coordinator.The sensors installed on the fixed monitoring nodes include the TGS813 sensor and the temperature and humidity sensing module.In order to make up for the shortage of fixed monitoring nodes,increase the flexibility of the whole system,expand the monitoring range of the system,the terminal vehicle monitoring node is designed,which is used as the mobile monitoring node to accept the control commands sent by the coordinator and make a move action to a target area according to the command.In addition,it can monitor environmental information in the area and return the data to the coordinator.The client software is developed in C#language and combined with MySQL database tools.It can collect,collate,display and store the monitoring data of each node,draw the key area data change curve,judge the regional security situation and trigger an alarm in the case of danger.To control the car nodes,an operating interface is embedded in the host computer software.This paper has designed and completed the wireless sensor network monitoring system.First,we make an analysis of requirements for gas monitoring networks according to the scene.The overall architecture of the system is designed after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several networking technologies.In the hardware section,after we finish hardware circuits of the coordinator,the fixed monitoring node and the vehicle node,a sensor network is set up with the three parts.According to the modular design ideas,SI4463 communication unit,STM32F103 minimum system,sensor circuit,information display and alarm device,power supply circuit and motor drive module are introduced respectively.In the software section,we design a round-robin network with prepared command and use this method to develop the slave computer control programs of the coordinator,the fixed monitoring node and the vehicle node under the MDK-ARM development environment,and develop the host computer control program under the VS2013 development environment.Finally,the hardware equipment,control procedures and monitoring platform is jointly debugged to verify program feasibility and functional integrity for the designed goal.
