Air Cargo Terminal Management System Design & Development

With the continuous improvement of economic level and the continuous development of international and domestic trade,air cargo began to be accepted,because it can shorten the time of transport.In the face of a large number of goods,domestic air cargo companies have a long standing,because of their poor information service and low labor efficiency.It is very necessary to develop and build the management system of the air cargo terminal.In this paper,according to the characteristics of air cargo enterprises,we designed and developed the management system of air cargo terminal,and combined with the actual work demand of Tianjin Hua Yu Logistics Co.,ltd..On the basis of full investigation,we analyzed and collated information,including user requirements,functional requirements,interface requirements.At the same time,we also designed five subsystems,26 functional modules.The system mainly includes port management,port management,the inquiry,financial management and system management.After that,we developed the software,using the B/S structure,database development using Microsoft Server SQL 2008 database,the development of software using Microsoft.Net.At last,the system is tested in detail by using the method of black box testing.After the system development is completed,the air cargo management system can exchange the information of the air carrier,the ground agent,the freight forwarding enterprise,the terminal user or the enterprise.At the same time,it can also serve as a supplement to the data of highway,railway,water transport,aviation and postal logistics,and provide a complete set of supply chain management services.After nearly three months,the system test run is completed,and the air cargo company has been unanimously praised.
