With the current rapid development of the manufacturing sector,the demand for the size of the detection is increasing.How to improve the detection rate of the detection technology,the detection accuracy,environmental adaptability,as well as how to reduce material waste of resources,it has become the focus of current research in the field of dimensional measurement.Compared to other non-contact measurement technology,common path is the conoscopic holography technology itself characteristics.Compared with other holographic technology,the light source is not a coherent light source,it is still able to capture holographic images on CCD..Therefore,this technique is not great for light requirements,to meet the requirements of today's complex environment size measurement,with a strong environmental adaptability.Currently the technology is still confined to certain specific measurement site.Therefore,this article go on a brief analysis on the basis of conoscopic holography measurement principle,and to design applied to the measured distance holographic interferometry system.Getting propose moving distance from the measured object stripe width variation,and to deduce the relationship stripe width and the distance measured.The article get new ways to improve anti-jamming capability and measurement resolution.Based on the measurement principle on the basis of conoscopic holography analysis,according to the relevant optical theory,we devised conoscopic holographic optical distance measuring system,and builded system structures in the laboratory testing platform.And we compare the test result with the dual-frequency laser interferometer,and we go on the test of deficiencies of the system,system stability testing,and analyse the problem of the systems,and give relevant solutions.Get propose moving distance from the measured object stripe width variation,and we deduce the relationship stripe width with the measured distance.At the same time,for the serious fringe image speckle,uncertain fringe center,unclear stripes,we propose appropriate image processing method as well as regional fringe search method.Finally,we set up the holographic interferometry ranging system and completed the distance experiments.Experimental results show that with the laser interferometer contrast,the holographic interferometry measurement system ranging error less than 10?m;with higher accuracy,to meet the measurement requirements.
