By absorbing the technology of computer and modern sensor into holography, digital holography is realized. It has also opened up a broad prospect for the development of holographic interferometry. In this paper, double-exposure interferometry, image holography and Fresnel holography are applied together to measure the deformation of the object. The first and the second time of exposure of the double-exposure interferometry respectively records the holograms of object and the holograms after deformation. The interference fringes of two object waves can be gotten by digital adding two holograms and digital reconstruction. From the interference fringes we can get the deformation of the object. With the digital holography, digital reconstruction can be operated free of time and place, which makes the research much more convenient.Based on the CCD record component and digital reconstruction by computer, the definition of the image could be enhanced by filtering method. After obtaining clear interference fringes by means of Fresnel holography, the deformation of the object is calculated in this paper.
