Inspired by biological information,such as the motion and structure of microorganisms in nature,and based on the principle of molecular bionics in microscopic scale,the theory and application relation of micro-nano robotics have been wildly discussed.Due to the limitation of macro technology,micro-nano robots can solve the problems,so the fabrication and motion control of micro-nano robots are very important in the biomedical field.In this paper,it is very important to study the micro-nano robots which are based on the spiral characteristic of bacteria.This paper makes introductions to the specific description,self-rolling technology,lithography technology,deposition technology and other manufacturing techniques.The purpose of the spiral micro-nano robots is to make the micro scale technology to have a good application in the biomedical field.The macro physical laws is not applicable to the micro,the inertia of objects can be neglected in a viscous fluid.So it is very important to study the effective driving method of micro-nano robots.This paper describes the two methods of physics and chemistry.These methods include light,magnetic field,chemical gradient,biological energy,heat energy,electric energy and so on.For convenient operation,high controllability and good biocompatibility,this paper will make the illustration of the magnetic field driving mechanism.Magnetic control technology is significance for the application of micro-nano robots in the living body.Due to the small volume of micro-nano robots,it is effective that the formation of certain cluster size to play a role in application.In consideration of this,the research is composed of cluster system of nano-micro robots,it will have important significance for future applications.Nature gives us inspiration.Organism is always in a cluster in natural.The cluster system has the characteristics of individual aggregation,keeping the relative distance between individuals in the system.In addition,through the observation of natural phenomena,the powerful and stable natural phenomena such as predator fish,ocean eddies,hurricanes and other,stability are presented helical state,under this kind of thought,established based on long-distance attract,short range repulsion principle of mathematical model,through the internet topology and perceived interconnection for information,exchange using matlab simulation software to simulation of cluster system simulation.Through the experimental results,it is analyzed that the relationship between the different decisions of the cluster system.Through the analysis of the results of the different connecting methods,the cluster system has characteristics in that way.To solve the future application in cluster micro-nano robots in motion process,the possibility of occurrence between individual adhesion problems to provide the theoretical reference.
