With the rapid increase of domestic car ownership and the development of the intelligent car,the amount and type of automotive sensors have been rising.Utilizing the body harness connection chemical batteries to power the automobile sensor is by far the most commonly used sensors energy supply technology.The high pressure,high temperature,strong vibration and other bad environment can also affect the operation stability of the chemical battery when the car is driving.The life of the chemical battery and electrical power is limited,it often requires replacement.To solve these problems,In this paper,using the piezoelectric power generation technology to collect the car body vibration energy while moving,thus to Realize the sensor power supply by self.Firstly,this paper established a four-wheeled road random excitation simulation model and space seven degrees of freedom vehicle-road coupling vibration system simulation model.Analyzed the vertical vibration acceleration and its power spectrum features of the various location.According to the analysis results,determined the best body installation location of the piezoelectric energy harvester.Studied the impact of different road conditions and vehicle speed on the vibration acceleration and vibration power spectrum of the installation location of piezoelectric energy harvester on the car body.Determined the vibration acceleration load to evaluate output voltage and output power of piezoelectric energy harvester.Secondly,based on piezoelectric power generation theory and vehicle vibration characteristics,analyzed the impact of substrates with different shapes and piezoelectric chip with different shapes on the open-circuit voltage and output power of piezoelectric energy harvester.Determined the optimal structure parameters of the trapezoidal piezoelectric energy harvester.Further analyzed the electricity generation performance of piezoelectric energy harvester under the condition of different harmonic vibration excitation.Finally,analyzed the influence of the external load resistance of the trapezoidal piezoelectric energy harvester on its output power.Obtained the optimal load resistance matching.Studied the output voltage and output power of the piezoelectric energy harvester under the condition of body random vibration of C,D and E level road of the 20 s and 200 m.Designed the piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit using the rechargeable battery as a storage medium...
