With the rapid development of sensor technology and wireless communication technology,wireless sensor networks have been widely used in various fields.However,the development of power supply technology for wireless sensor network node is relatively backward,and the traditional power supply method can't keep up with the development need.Therefore,it is feasible and ideal choice to use the piezoelectric material to convert the vibration energy which is ubiquitous in the environment into electric energy to supply the wireless sensor network node.This paper designs a wireless sensor network based on piezoelectric energy acquisition and power supply system.Piezoelectric effect is used to convert the mechanical vibration energy into electrical energy for system power supply.At the same time,the system monitor the output voltage of a single bimorph piezoelectric vibrator.In order to improve the output power of the bimorph vibration energy harvester,the factor affecting the output voltage and output power of the bimorph piezoelectric vibrator are explored by combining theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling of electric energy and experimental testing.By selecting the best parameter,the connection between the electrodes and working conditions,the maximum output power is reached.A low-power bimorph vibration energy harvesting power management circuit is designed and manufactured to convert the AC voltage output by the bimorph vibration energy collector into the DC voltage required by the node of the wireless sensor network.A corresponding experimental platform is designed and built in this paper for self-powered wireless voltage monitoring system to conduct a series of tests.The experimental results show that the design system meets the expected requirements.The output power of the bi-piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device can supply power to the wireless sensor network node,prolong the working life of the node of the wireless sensor network,and complete the monitoring of the rectified and filtered voltage of the single dual-crystal piezoelectric oscillator.
