In the High-speed rail and urban rail transit projects,both in the construction phase or operational phase,it is needed for special parts of the corresponding monitoring to ensure to keep abreast of deformation information,to ensure the safety of construction and operation.Usually,in these monitoring projects,a large part of the project have the characteristics of high frequency,high precision,poor environmental conditions and so on.And in most of the time it is not allowed to enter the scene and to do the work of on-site monitoring.So it can lead to the failure to complete the monitoring task,can not provide timely high-precision deformation monitoring data,can not be timely warning of possible security risks,and ultimately may lead to safety and quality accidents.It will cause immeasurable consequences.Therefore,it is particularly important for the automatic monitoring system and remote automatic monitoring system.Under the current situation,this paper studied the related content,and developed the railway/city rail automatic deformation monitoring system.This topic is mainly based on the theory of automatic deformation monitoring,more in-depth and detailed design and implementation of the software.In the software development,this paper focuses on the improvement of the software function module,which can realize the functions of project management,data processing,data prediction analysis,report generation,early warning and so on.In data processing,focusing on a iming at the automated deformation monitoring principle,data adjustment model,the observed value correction models are studied in detail.Finally,an example was given for automatic deformation monitoring measuring value correction model verification and accuracy analysis.In the aspect of data interpolation,several effective interpolation methods are described,and the deformation monitoring data are used to analyze the data.In the prediction of deformation monitoring data,the multiple linear regression model and grey model are studied,and the analysis and verification are carried out by combining the specific deformation monitoring data.Finally through the specific engineering example that the system can efficiently,accurately and real-time acquisition of deformable body deformation,can complete tunnel unattended automatic deformation monitoring measurement tasks.It has great significance to the deformation monitoring project which has the condition of bad observation condition and long duration and frequency. |
