The Design And Implementation Of The Two Funds And Value Engineering Management System Based On Web

There is a lot of reform and development in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises of China.Especially recent years,economic performance maintains a fast growth.But in some large enterprise groups,some problems accumulated in the operation and development appear gradually,and some bad tendency has been exposed.The management of some enterprises is not very good,two funds(accounts receivable and inventory)occupying a large scale.There is not a standard management of capital,assets and contracts,and asset losses have often occurred.In order to expand the operation scale,some enterprises have made some low value-added or no value-added business,leading the low quality of economic operation,and some even result in the management risk.In order to use the information means to effectively support two funds reduction and value engineering,this paper puts forward the two funds and value engineering management system based on Web.This paper firstly focuses on the importance of two funds reduction and value engineering,discussing the supporting role of the information technology.Taking a large group as an example,analyze the existing situation of two funds reduction and operation of value engineering,and propose developing a two funds and value engineering management system based on Web.The technology related to the implementation of the system is analyzed,and the general architecture of system is put forward.The system is formed with the SSH framework,uses the Apache-tomcat server,developed with the Java language under MyEclipse,using the JSP technology to form Web pages,using Tibco data exchanging platform for data integration.Then,following the software engineering ideas,this paper contains the system requirements,analysis,design and implementation,especially focusing on the basis data management,data collection,and data analysis applications.After the validation test,this system has clear interfaces and meets users' requirements.At present,two funds and value engineering management system has been put into use,and it achieves the desired purpose.The system has an important significance on the research of the two funds and value engineering information management in large group enterprises.
