At present,banks use the teaching-examination form to train their staff.For example,human resource department develops the training plan,and staff need to carry out the examination.The efficiency of the traditional training method cannot meet the needs of the bank's internal business learning and training,and also brings additional workload.In order to make full use of modern information technology to improve the professional quality of staff and management level,banks need use new IT method to meet the target.With the development of information technology,it is a new way to implement the traditional training work on the Internet.The online training management system can not only save the investment and cost of human resources,material resources and time,but also improve the efficiency of training.For bank employees,they can use this system to get a flexible study style using heir leisure time and improve their business level.This new type of online training method is significance for the improvement of the overall competitiveness of the bank.The research and development of this dissertation is to develop a set of online learning management system for bank business training,and the business process of bank staff training and examination is realized by using Web framework.Human resources management department use the system to prepare exam papers,and staff learn the materials and do the online examination through the entrance.The system provides different functions according to the account of the user role,and dynamically generates user menus.The main function modules of the system are divided into the bank training management function module,the function module of the ordinary bank clerk and the function module of the system management and maintenance personnel.The main functions of the system are divided into three parts according to the user roles.For bank staff,the system provides functions such as training materials learning,online examination,results checking and personal information management.For bank human resource staff,the system provides some functions such as examination and training materials management,management,examination papers,staff performance management and personal information management.For system administrators,the system provides some different functions such as user information management,paper management,test management and performance management.Training management system is available through a reasonable system design,which has a simple operation process,user-friendly interface and high-level data security.Banks can break through the limitations of the traditional bank training work in time and space by using the online training and examination management system.The system is helpful to make the vocational education and training way more flexible,greatly simplifying the workload of the organization test.Also the system can easily promote human resource development,create a "learning oriented" bank enterprise.Banks use the system to improve the quality of staff,continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve the harmonious unity of enterprise development and employee development.
