Design And Implementation Of Online Learning System Of Bank

Learning is an indispensable component of human growth. As a student, we acquireknowledge in school. After entering working world, we improve our knowledge andskills to meet the working requirement. One joint-stock commercial bank, whosebranches are nationally distributed, holds professional training programs frequently.Therefore it is an important task for the bank to facilitate the employees’ learningactivities and to minimize the negative influence on their daily work.The application of Internet information technology is an inevitable trend of education.Learners are no longer restricted by location, time and method. Administrators canpublish timely information and grasp accurate training results. Therefore onlinelearning plays an irreplaceable role in professional training.In order to improve the internal training pattern and to regulate the online learningprocess, this dissertation reviews the online learning process, analyses the demandusing object-oriented methods and designs a system based on J2EE and UMLaccording to the need of the bank. A complete online learning system is built with B/Sthree-tier logical architecture and physical topology of centralized deployment whosefunction includes online learning, training management, test management and systemmanagement. Meanwhile, the system developing process is illustrated supportively bydata flow diagrams, E-R diagrams and process flow diagrams. Finally, a combinationof static and dynamic tests is conducted to ensure that the system has relatively strongstability, fast speed and ease of operation.After nearly half a year, the system has been designed and developed and has passedfunction and performance tests. It is now internally used by the bank. The smoothlyrunning system satisfies the demand of online training and testing, solves a practicaltraining problem for the bank and improves the quality of training, which realizes thegoal of designing the system.
