With the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of computer technology,information technology has begun to affect all aspects of human production activities.As the rapid updating of information technology,information processing has become one of the most important activities in today's society.Through the research and development of the corresponding management information system,enterprises can improve their management level in order to achieve standardized management.At the same time,the establishment of good management information system can make the enterprise more healthy and stable development.The development of electric power enterprise performance management information system has the characteristics of long development time,large investment of capital and manpower,and unpredictable effect.Therefore,it is the focus of this paper to design a set of scientific performance management information system to improve the performance management level.This paper mainly analyzes the development and comprehensive evaluation of performance management information system.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature on the development of the management information system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the background and significance of the topic,and mainly expounds the basic theory of the management information system and the comprehensive evaluation method.Then this paper describes the main contents of the development and construction of performance management information system from four aspects: the overall scheme design,function design and performance management system and ERP system information integration scheme.This paper presents the design principles,system architecture and technology platform,carried out a detailed needs analysis,design the functional architecture,performance management,performance appraisal management,operation monitoring and other functions,expounds the performance management system and ERP system integration technology and the technology architecture case.Finally,from six aspects of demand analysis,system architecture design,database design,system integration design,ERP system development stage,system testing stage to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of performance management information system,evaluation method and the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to evaluate the implementation effect of the system,the design of performance the management information system of the overall implementation of the successful conclusion,and puts forward some improvement suggestions.At the same time also provides theoretical and practical basis for the development and application of performance management information system,have certain reference significance to improve the enterprise performance management level and ensure the healthy development of performance management.
