In the field of electronic information,the non-contact human body parameter measurement technology,in the measurement of all dimensions of human body,is quicker and more convenient than the traditional manual measurement.It not only greatly improves the work efficiency,but also is more accurate and reliable in the actual measurement results compared with the manual measurement.In the field of industrial detection,medical imaging,clothing and other fields,non-contact human dimension measurement technology is widely used as an important technical means.With the continuous development and maturity of infrared technology and millimeter wave technology in related fields,they have been widely used in our lives at this stage.The application of these two frequency bands for ranging and imaging has been gradually valued and developed.This paper introduces the working principle of infrared and millimeter wave related ranging and imaging technology,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of these two frequency bands in the field of ranging and imaging through comparative analysis.We use infrared distance sensor as the basic unit to build a non-contact human body 3D scanner based on infrared distance measurement.The system has the characteristics of low cost,fast speed,high accuracy,and at the same time,combined with the software,we reconstruct the human body 3D contour map and restore the relevant circumference value.Finally,due to the lack of infrared penetration and the inaccuracy of measurement in some special areas,there is a large error in the reduced circumference value of some parts of the human body.Aiming at this defect,we use structured light ranging and millimeter wave ranging technology to carry out relevant experimental exploration,and put forward the improvement method of infrared scanning device.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The basic working principles of infrared ranging and imaging and millimeter wave ranging and imaging are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the main non-contact human body scanning devices at home and abroad are analyzed.2.In the design and implementation of the device,by analyzing the layout of the infrared sensor,considering the requirements of measurement time,device cost andaccuracy,a three-dimensional scanning device for human body is built to realize the three-dimensional fast scanning of human body.3.In the process of data processing,the data collected at each height is optimized,including the correction of the wrong data,the smoothing of the fitting curve of the restored value,etc.,and the 3D contour map of the human body which is consistent with the real contour is reconstructed.4.In the reduction of girth,the method of girth reduction was established,and the reduction of body girth and shoulder width was completed.The error of all reduction results was controlled within the allowable range of the experiment.5.Aiming at the shortcomings of infrared scanning device,the experimental research based on structured light ranging and millimeter wave ranging is carried out to improve the shortcomings of infrared scanning device,which makes the measuring device more widely used and the measurement results more accurate and reliable.
