Design And Implementation Of Accounting Application Based On Android

With the development of modern society,people's funds flow more frequently,and the demand for accounting has gradually increased.Nowmobile devices have become popular,and mobile accounting has attracted the attention of the financial manager for its characteristics of keeping accounts at any time and efficient statistics.Through the study on the development status of domestic and foreign mobile accounting applications,I found the functions of accounting applications are more comprehensive,but in the accounting entry way,basically using manual input entry bookkeeping.So this dissertation explored the way transforming photos straightly into bills with the technology of OCR,designs and implements an accounting application based on Android.This dissertation uses software engineering methods to develop and manage projects.Firstly,I carried out the requirement analysis of the system carried out,analyze the necessity and feasibility of the system,synthesize the functional and non functional requirements of the system,and complete the system use case modeling.Then I come up with the basic rules of system designing,analysis for both in basic account function and recognize receipts function,and propose the design scheme of every functional module,at the same time,get the whole system's database done.Then there's instuctions shows the frame of this system,and some elementary interface such as personal information management,account management,budget management,details query,statistical analysis and the most important thing,using OCR to recognize the receipts and converts it into bills.At last I assume a test to check this application,the result turns out every parts of this system can do well and so as the receipts recognizition.This application can satisfy user's requirement.
