A Kind Of Fast Electronic Payment System For Gas Station

In recent years,the development of the national economy makes the demand for automobile keep strong,in 2016,there are 27.52 million newly registered vehicles and total number of cars has reached 194 million,both of them are the highest in the history.The rapid growth in the number of vehicles has led to more seriously traffic congestion when it’s refueling,and also brings great challenge to the existed gas station management system.Currently,the charging method of gas station includes cash and bank card,however car owner’s payment time is much larger than refueling in these ways,causing traffic congestion and lower fuel efficiency.To solve the problems above,this paper presents an electronic payment system for gas stations based on internet technology.This paper firstly integrates image recognition,embedded hardware and software,database technology,website development technology,and then proposes a gas station electronic payment system on the basis of the original system.Car owners can use computer or mobile phone scanning two-dimensional code outside the gas station to register an account on the website and then recharge for their own account by paying online,money will be transferred to the company’s financial account.When refueling,recognition system can identify the owners’ information and complete deduction automatically,in this way,car owners can finish their refueling process on car which will greatly improve the traffic efficiency.Hardware system mainly includes a core controller,TFT-LCD,gates and image acquisition devices.Firstly,Tankers send specific refueling information to host computer through serial port,then software will drive the device to capture refueling cars’ image,after the transaction,each of their consumption details will be shown on screen of TFT-LCD continuously,at the same time,gates lift and cars can leave.Software system use C#and html programming language to design management software and website.The system complete the images’ capture,storage and identification by using software programming and recognition arithmetic of vehicle license plate,and also implementing database to access and store information about users’ account and record.The local system can log in to the cloud server remotely,which means the refueling information obtained by the client software can be uploaded to the cloud database directly and deducted from the balance automatically.All records are available from the website in real time.Test shows that,the system taking advantage of electronic payment for their account,successfully avoid the process of using cash and bank card which improves the efficiency of charging and reduces the vehicles’ stay time.The system can live up to the expected purpose.
