Recently,with the development of the internet and the transformation of user requirements,GIS technology has a further improvement,that traditional single basic data processing and analysis functions has been unable to meet the needs of professional applications,the demands for object oriented and specific function of technology integration have grown.In ShenNongjia forest region,with the advance of urbanization and industrialization,Ecological and environmental problems are more prominent.And its own special ecological status make more stringent requirements for its own ecological environment,The contradiction between them becomes increasingly worse,the evaluation of the ecological carrying capacity of ShenNongjia forest area is imminent.Over the few past decades,the forest area's road to urbanization is not clear,and it is lack of the independent innovation core technology of urban planning and management.Therefore,It is of great practical significance to design an ecological evaluation system which is object-oriented and cloud platform-based for data processing and service functions.This article is based on the study of the theoretical system of ecological carrying capacity concept and evaluation method,To determine the major functional modules for the evaluation system of ecological capacity.Based on the cloud platform,designing evaluation system of ecological carrying capacity is to achieve the goal of the evaluation of Ecological Carrying Capacity for ShenNongjia Forest Region,and to guide the construction for ecological protection of the whole forest area and comprehensive countermeasures.On the basis of the evaluation of the ecological carrying capacity for the whole forest area,then,through the theory of coupling relationship between human and ecological,Using the coefficient of dispersion to analyze the degree of coordination between ecology and population,Ecology and economy,Ecology and social.The thesis tasks town as the assessing units to elaborate the influencing factors of ecological development,and give protection measures.The main conclusions of the evaluation analysis are as follows:(1)Through the evaluation of Ecological Carrying Capacity of whole forest area,the results show that the forest area has a suitable condition.The ecological carrying capacity of the whole forest area can continue to maintain the normal function of the ecosystem in the area,but there's still much room for improvement.In the spatial distribution,the ecological carrying capacity of forest area is unevenly distributed.In quantitative terms,Ecological fragile area of forest area accounted for 49%of the total area of the region.Through the evaluation results of Ecological Carrying Capacity,we can find that the ecological carrying capacity of the forest area is facing many problems,such as the prosperity of the tourism industry causing great pressure to the ecological environment,ShenNongjia forest special natural substrate conditions,unreasonable exploitation of resources,and lack of ecological protection policy and so on.Then from this point of the external ecosystem it gives specific comprehensive countermeasures.(2)Based on the coupling relationship between the ecosystem and its internal structure,this study elaborates on the coupling relationship between the ecology and population,the ecology and society,the ecology and economy.On the whole,the overall level of population-ecological coordination is low,whereby,most of the town of the population-ecological level is high imbalance,the economy-ecological level is low.In most areas,the level of economic-ecological coordination is at a high level of dislocation.In addition,economy-ecological coordination level is low.In most areas,the level of economic-ecological coordination is at a high level of dislocation.According to this analysis,Suggestions about development and concrete countermeasures are given.
