This system is a subsystem of the Tibet Science and Technology Department andthe Implementation of the National Science and Technology Support "Eleventh FiveYear Plan" key project is used to explore the key technology research in thedevelopment of tourism in Tibet, based on information technology frommulti-objective, multi-disciplinary and multi-level, proposed the establishment of theTibet tourist, attractions tourism carrying capacity assessment and ecologicalwarning demonstration system, build the Tibet crisis prevention and emergencyrescue system.National experts in Mount Qomolangma protected areas, the Jokhang Temple,the other scenic visits and experimental work, the final build set contains the bearingcapacity of the ecological environment, the carrying capacity of tourism resources,tourism facilities bearing capacity of the three bearing capacity components,although this tourism Environmental Carrying capacity can be calculated thegeospatial data is very large and can not be viewed from the overall. Neither the areabearing capacity nor the ecological carrying capacity load alarm, therefore, theurgent need to develop appropriate assessment and early warning systems, used tostore and handle the complete scenic terrain data, travel data, ecological carryingcapacity data and early warning data. Based on the above background, this thesis onthe theme Tibet scenic erected spatial database Management platform", discuss howto achieve ecological carrying capacity assessment and early warning functions.In this article, for Visual Map GIS library of components, spatial database,scenic tourist carrying capacity and early warning systems and other relatedtechnical basis for learning and theoretical studies, we use the C#language. NETplatform, a data repository management, spatial data pre-processing, ecologicalcarrying capacity model operation, ecological warning and grid analysis functions.The results of the project are the typical scenic spots and tourist routes carries onJokhang Temple, Mount Everest and other demonstration applications, the initialestablishment of ecologically fragile Tourism areas in Tibet Environmental CarryingCapacity dynamic monitoring and evaluation technique system, has achieved with more satisfactory results, and will explore tourist attractions model of development,scientific management and effective protection of tourism resources and ecologicalenvironment and enhancement of the tourism industry technical information, themanagement level to promote tourism in the region in a reasonable andscientifically sustainable development provide a strong scientific and technologicalsupport.
