Military Radar Equipment is a kind of special product,it has characteristic of high Technology?High investment?high risk?Long period as so on.Research to manufacture the technical high-speed development along with the for use by the military radar,the radar develops intrinsic safety of whole span period more and more of drive people concern.Although the intrinsic safety of the military radar the research has already obtained the certain result,with our country safe research of other professions development still have the certain margin.The writer through the theory collection at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of company safety production management.At present,the safety management puts forward the intrinsic safety requirements in the production stage;the safety control effect of the actual work is not obvious.Combing the intrinsic safety theory and whole span period theory,the research on safety management requirements from the whole level is the starting point of this paper.In this paper,according to the actual situation of radar weapon system,referring to the safety management characteristics of military radar,the radar whole span period is divided into five stages of design,development production,shooting range test,batch production and use maintenance.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the actual safety management at each stage,the requirements and steps of the intrinsic safety are proposed,and then Whole Span Period safety requirements framework.These studies provide advice on how to improve intrinsic safety management level of the military Radar.At the same time,those views is also provide advice to the same kind weapon material system?...
