Economic globalization and industrial upgrading required intelligent manufacturing.More and more manufacturing sites are challenged to improve production metrics by faster product changeovers time and quicker reaction to production trends.Enterprises are looking for a better way to gather,analyze and present plant metrics such as output rate,down time and efficiency.Traditional production system is gathered either manually or using stand-alone,hardware-based and partially interacting systems.The user interface is complex,functional limitation,and hard to be used.These systems could not meet new requirements from modern enterprises.We will use new powerful,software-based system to replace traditional production system.Base on new requirements,we will redefine production tracking system to resolve the challenges from intelligent manufacturing.We used C#,IIS and SQL Server to build a new system that provides visibility to all production metrics.Collection and tracking production data,build an electric production database(Data organizes from labor,equipment,raw materials,process and production management).Provide a standard interface for on-site supervisory staff to better to collect,organize,and quickly react to production metric data.Help to finding improve opportunity,reduce ongoing overhead to maintain systems by replacing various home grown systems.Reduce material wasting and operation costs.Prove capability of new system as an effective platform to connect shop floor with ERP to increase operational efficiency and provide analytic and decision capability.Provide an efficient working model and pave the way for future implementation.During system design and implementation.I'm focus on business processanalysis.Research the production tracking and automation testing technologies.Uses deliverable to generate benefits from the project.Participates in design and implementation of new system.Mainly to develop and test the automation testing system and take actions for production data visualization.Addresses security and compliance concerns and training requirements.
