The rapid development of the economy,the continuous improvement of information science and technology,the improvement of information technology business,all of these promote the comprehensive popularization and application of computer networks,and fully penetrate into people's work and life.Especially for government agencies,with the increased business information in the daily work and increased amount of work,the traditional management methods have been unable to adapt to the current needs of the development of society.Therefore,the adoption of informationalized,intelligent and efficient management approach is put on the government office agenda.This article will focus on the business needs and the office management needs in a a government office in Shen Zhen.They are urgent to set up the informationalized,intelligent and efficient OA(office automation)systemIn the current situation,no matter the central,or local authorities,will build a clean,efficient and the people satisfied government which set the service-oriented as the direction of development.In this process,collaborative office,information sharing,networking approval and other business will be continuously strengthened.The implementation of the OA system,making the various government offices can not only achieve an effective network connection,but also greatly change the phenomenon of traditional collaborative office.It will also greatly improve the efficiency of the office.Because the increased demands of a government office in the system automation,they should improve the building in OA so as to boost the efficiency of the government.The paper is based on the current situation of OA system and their demands in a government office in Shen Zhen.It will achieve the purposes of quickly collecting,sorting,processing and managing the information and the sharing of data within the organization with the computer-based center and the application of modern officeequipment and communication technology.In this application process,it specially uses VS2008 + SQL 2008R2,combined with C # language.ASP.Net technology will design and develop the system to form a complete office automation system finally.In the research of this subject,at first,we will deeply analyze and discuss the practical background and research purpose of OA system.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,I have developed the content of this report.Firstly,I will illustrate the system structure of C / S and B / S and its' technology applications.It is considered that the B / S structure is used to construct the system.At the same time,on the basis of analyzing the ASP.Net technology,I will describe the SQL Server.On this basis,I will give an overall summary of the business in OA system.At the same time,I will use the case of the application of OA system in a government office in Shenzhen,analyzing the business process which will be divided into personal modules,workflow,public information,archives management,vehicle management,system management,etc.Then it will be analyzed from the non-functional aspects of the need.Then I will analyze the design of the system from the design principle,the function frame design,the topology design and so on,with detailed descriptions,such as the application system function module on the frame design and the flow chart design.According to it,I do the design of the data structure and the design of the database table.Finally,I will test the system to optimize the login interface and the sub-functional module under the analysis of the technology platform and configuration environment.In the end,I summarize the research on this paper,and put forward the development strategy for the design and optimization of OA system in a government office in Shenzhen,providing a theoretical reference for the design of OA system.
